I use up to 320 grit sand paper for a smooth finish. I apply one heavy coat of board wax and let it set over night. The board wax is made in house, its a combo of bees wax and mineral oil, both food safe materials. There is a beveled (45° angled) edge on all four sides for easy pick up. This is a great gift for the holidays or for that person that loves to grill.
Cleaning instructions: Wash by hand, not dishwasher safe. When board gets dry make sure to use Board Wax.
