Each board is sanded to a smooth finish using up to 320-grit sandpaper. A heavy coat of our in-house board wax—a blend of food-safe beeswax and mineral oil—is applied and set overnight for lasting protection. The board features a beveled (45° angled) edge on all four sides, making it easy to pick up and handle.
